Our dynamic location-matching feature also suggests opportunities near you, whether in your city or close by. Once you find a job that interests you, you can place a bid and directly communicate with the individual or organisation offering the opportunity.
With our app, you can easily create a job listing for any service you need — whether it’s a driver, gardener, house help, construction worker, electrician, or more. When posting, simply include the date/time, offered price, and general location. For your privacy, the exact location will remain hidden until the job is confirmed.
We focus on blue-collar industries — connecting workers and employers in fields such as construction, domestic help, driving, gardening, electrical work, plumbing, cleaning, and other hands-on skilled or semi-skilled jobs. Our goal is to make it easier for individuals and organisations to find reliable talent for everyday work needs.
At KaribuKazi, we strive to provide the best employment and employee opportunities. If you are unsatisfied with our platform, you may permanently delete your profile at any time. To do so, go to your Profile Page and select the "Delete Account" option located under the tabs below. Once deleted, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.
LEGAL POLICY
Prohibited Activities and Uses
You may not use our Services to publish content or engage in activities that are illegal under
Kenyan law, harmful to others, or that would subject us to liability. Prohibited activities include,
but are not limited to:

● Collecting or attempting to collect personal information about third parties without their

● Distributing pornography or adult-related content.

● Promoting or facilitating gambling, violence, terrorist activities, or the sale of weapons or
ammunition.
● Engaging in the unlawful distribution of controlled substances, drug contraband, or

● Managing payment aggregators or facilitators, such as processing payments on behalf of
other businesses or charities without proper authorization.
● Facilitating pyramid schemes or other fraudulent schemes intended to solicit payments
from the public.
● Threatening harm to persons or property or engaging in harassing behavior.
● Infringing on the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others.
● Facilitating, aiding, or encouraging any of the above activities through our Services.
Misuse of Systems
Users who violate the security of our Services are subject to criminal and civil liability under
Kenyan law, as well as immediate account termination. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

● Intentionally or negligently transmitting files containing a computer virus or corrupted
data.
● Accessing another network without permission, including probing or scanning for
vulnerabilities, or breaching security or authentication measures.

results in performance issues or interrupts the Services for other Users. Prohibited activities

zero-tolerance policy for the use of our Services in connection with the transmission,
distribution, or delivery of any bulk email, including unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial
email, or the sending, assisting, or commissioning of commercial email that does not comply
with Kenyan law, including the Kenya Information and Communications Act.
Your products or services advertised via spam may not be used in conjunction with our
Services. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, spam sent via fax, phone, postal mail,
email, instant messaging, or newsgroups.
Sending emails through our Services to purchased email lists ("safe lists") will be treated as
spam.
Defamation and Objectionable Content
We value freedom of expression and encourage Users to be respectful with the content they
post. However, we are not a publisher of User content and are not in a position to investigate
the veracity of individual defamation claims or determine whether certain material, which we
may find objectionable, should be censored. Nonetheless, we reserve the right to moderate,
disable, or remove any content to prevent harm to others, to us, or to our Services, as
determined at our sole discretion.

Suspended and terminated User accounts due to violations will not be reactivated. A backup of
User data may be requested, but it may be subject to certain penalty fees imposed according to
the breach of this Policy's terms. The final penalty fee will be determined by the type and
frequency of the violations.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall be construed to limit our actions or remedies in any way
with respect to any of the prohibited activities. We reserve the right to take any and all additional
actions we deem appropriate, including without limitation, recovering the costs and expenses of
identifying offenders and removing them from our Services and levying cancellation charges to
cover our costs. Additionally, we reserve all rights and remedies available to us at law or in
equity with respect to such activities.
